Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit & Withdrawal
After logging in, go to your account dashboard and click "Deposit". Choose your preferred method — mobile banking, bank card, or e-wallet — enter the amount, and follow the on-screen instructions. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.
The minimum deposit amount on hehess varies by payment method. A low minimum is generally maintained so all members can get started easily. A minimum withdrawal amount also applies. Check the cashier section or contact support for the exact figures.
hehess is known for fast withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. A fully verified account helps speed things up even further. For bank transfers, additional processing time on the bank's end may apply.
If a deposit fails, first check that your mobile banking account or card has sufficient balance, then verify your connection. If the problem persists, note down the transaction reference number and contact hehess support. If funds were deducted, they are typically returned within 24 hours.
Yes, account verification is required before making withdrawals, and this is in place to protect your funds — ensuring no unauthorized party can withdraw from your account. Once verification is complete, all future withdrawals will proceed without interruption.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus & Promotions
hehess offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. A bonus percentage is applied to your first deposit, and there may also be special offers available at registration. Check the promotions page or contact our support team for the latest bonus offers.
A wagering requirement means you must place a certain number of bets before you can withdraw bonus funds. For example, a BDT 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to wager BDT 2,000 in total. Each bonus has its own terms, so make sure to read them before claiming.
A cashback bonus returns a portion of your net losses over a set period. It is typically paid out on a weekly or monthly basis. Cashback is credited directly to your balance and generally comes with relatively low wagering requirements.
Share your referral link with friends and contacts. When they register on hehess using your link and make their first deposit, you earn a referral bonus. The more friends you bring in, the more rewards you receive. Your referral link can be found in the account dashboard.
No, bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be used to play games and the applicable wagering requirements must be met first. Any winnings after meeting those requirements can then be withdrawn. Each bonus has its own expiry, so be sure to use it in time.

The hehess Sports Betting section covers cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and more — including major leagues and tournaments from around the world. Live betting lets you place wagers in real time while a match is in progress. Bangladesh cricket matches are also available for betting.

VIP Program
When you register on hehess, you are automatically enrolled at the entry level of the VIP program. Points accumulate as you place bets, and once you reach the required threshold you move up to the next tier. No separate application is needed.
hehess VIP members enjoy: higher bonus percentages, priority withdrawal processing, a dedicated account manager, exclusive promotional offers, a special birthday bonus, and higher deposit and withdrawal limits. The higher your tier, the greater the rewards.
VIP point expiry rules vary by tier and terms. Generally, points stay active as long as you play regularly. Extended periods of inactivity may result in some points being forfeited. Check the VIP page or contact our support team for the latest policy.
How quickly you move up VIP tiers depends on your betting volume and consistency. Betting more frequently and in larger amounts earns points faster, which speeds up tier progression. Certain promotions also award bonus points that can give your progress an extra boost.
