Hehess.net (hereinafter referred to as "hehess" or the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. 2Account & Registration

To open an account with hehess, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being terminated.

Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds. hehess follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, so identity verification documents may be requested at any time.

3Payments & Withdrawals

• Any attempt to claim bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

5Gaming Rules

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, hehess follows a policy of refunding the bet for that round. However, hehess will not be held responsible for any disruption caused by a loss of internet connection, as that falls under the user's own connectivity.
